Book of Judges

This detailed verse-by-verse study of the Book of Judges examines the history of Israel from the death of Joshua to the time of Israel’s first king, Saul. The book examines the history of Israel’s failure to rid the Promised Land of its inhabitants and, consequently, of Israel’s cyclical pattern of chastening by God at the hand of her enemies. It provides an excellent study of the effects of sin in the life of a believer or nation, as well as an inciteful study into the false gods of Israel’s enemies. The Book of Judges includes some of the most exciting stories of the Old Testament including Samson, Gideon, and more.

Although these are YouTube videos, they are audio videos only so there is no need to be stuck in front of the computer screen as you listen. Listen on your phone, in the car, on the go. The listener is encouraged to have his Bible open and reading along during this verse-by-verse study if possible in order to get the most from the study. It is also recommended to take notes along the way… if not, you’ll wish you had!
